I have done no art work for a couple of weeks - the inspiration is well and truly hibernating!!
At work (which I hate but won't bore you with) we had an interesting exhibition today about recyclin. As part of the display I was given a lovely recycled bag and some information pages, which led me to the internet and this wonderful idea of wrapping gifts in the Japenese Fabric techniques. Here is a website with a video which is well worth watching and I have a A4 whole sheet of wrapping ideas that was tucked into the bag and is obviously taken from Here.

Wow..so cool! Think I will try the books first..in case I drop something.
Thanks so much for sharing... I hope you will get back to creating soon, because I really like your blog.
Andrea.
Thank you for the link Anna. I've bookmarked it and I've got at least one friend who would appreciate her gift wrapped in cloth.
I hope your muse returns soon - maybe the Christmas break will help.
Thanks Anna, this is obviously Book 2 of a site I found last year. As me an sticky tape don't get on I really must try this. Have a good Christmas.
I am going to have to try this!! You have a fascinating blog - can't wait to have the time to read more.
