I have been working on the Mad Hatter and needed another break so I have
a) helped my daughter with her latest ideas. She is making rustic wall art for her house - this is my favourite example - her's is the big middle piece - the other three were shop purchased.
A close up here-
b) I have made baked beans - Heinz better look out as these are really delicious - and they are going to be cooked and eaten tonight with these home made beef, red onion and herb burgers.
c) I have started re-doing my downstairs loo - the curtain used to be yellow with fish on it and the tiles were brown - I have painted the tiles purple, this is the starting picture -
made a new curtain and now all I need to do is replace the mirror, change the two pictures and have some pipes boxed in!!

Looking very good, Anna - lovely makeover.
Golly
Like me, your 'breaks' sound like they involve doing stuff for others! I realised yesterday, when I treated myself to a 'day off' and allowed myself to read the paper and do a bit of playing with my new toy (my quilt frame) that I so rarely do that.
Today, doing books for son! Tomorrow, day job. Need to win the lottery! (note to self - do the bloomin' lottery first!)
