More work so far today - Tyvek

I seem to be spending more time today playing with Tyvek - I just love the way the bubbles form with the iron and how the heat gun melts it differently. These two envelopes have been painted with some iridescent airbrush paint (hoping they come out a bit more pastel). Then here is the red and gold acrylic (pics don't really show the colour)
A couple of pieces ironed. These last two show two pieces the same size, snipped with scissors the same and then the top one ironed on the paint side and the lower one ironed on the white back side - I love the craters of the top one. I feel more of these coming. But there is almost a box load already!!Perhaps a series of Tyvek encrusted postcards?????

WOW! Those Tyvek pieces are so interesting! I love the cratering that has happened with heat. They'd make very interesting FAP or ATCs.
