Beautiful Flowers

On Sunday when I returned from college I found a lovely patch of snowdrops in the garden and have taken several photos - here are just two to show you.

Today at work I had a really rough morning - something was not happening as I had instructed and I was feeling very angry and frustrated. My Receptionist phoned me and said a large parcel had been delivered for me and I had to go and collect it. I told her I was far to busy to go. She kept on and on at me until in the end I gave in - stormed into Reception to give her a really good talking to only to be given this large box .... Did you notice what was written on the side? Flowers! I opened the box and look what I found... 50 purple tulips! Out came the tissues as I burst into tears! Look they are beautiful!!!!They were from my daughter - with a card that read: To the best mum ever, just because I love you. Lots of love x PS . miss you so much!
My day suddenly got better!
I had to borrow a vase from the office and now I have tulips all round the house. I am so lucky!

Isn't it great when the universe just seems to know you need a pick me up and someone comes through :-)

The tulips are lovely - I didn't know flowers came in a box =0)

Regarding the snow drops - they are such a nice sign of spring. We are nowhere near spring here - just more snow - no snow drops!
