I went shopping down to Southampton today (Head still feeling full of fungus but I thought the fresh air might help). Purchased this rather lovely Macintosh key ring which I may use as a design element for the TIF challenge.
On my way home I decided to do another of the 101 challenges and that is to visit the place of my birth - unfortunately the cottage hospital/nursing home is no longer there but I did take a pic to prove I had been (sadly a lorry rushed past hence the blurry pic - sorry).
Whilst in Lyndhurst I treated myself to.......
for lunch (starting the challenge of photographing the secondary colours!!)
I then carried on down to the sea , where I took this (rather good I think) pic over the cliff top
and whilst taking a couple of pics looking to the left - hoping the sea would be blue (not grey!!) - I can't look straight down as I suffer from vertigo -
this
suddenly appeared out of the blue (sorry for the pun!!) - He literally appeared from under the cliff face out of sight and whooshed up in front of me - how scary was that!!

while the winddancer might have startled you I have no doubt you were less frightened then I would have been to be the winddancer!
Your "rather good" photo is beautiful!
You had a good day with the camera Anna-
i love that photo with the umble seed heads (if that's what they are) overlooking the sea - they would make nice free motion stitching, I reckon. Might have to play with that someday (like I need more projects, right?)
Fabulous cliff top picture Anna.
