Gardening and in the doldrums

Have been in the garden most of this week. Finished all the cutting and shredding with Dad - it all looks so neat. I had a quick trip to Christchurch earlier this week to see the Urchfont Embroiderers exhibition - it was interesting. Then went on to Sandbanks but found it too windy to sit on the beach for long. I have a cold and sore throat. I have also been working on several ideas in the studio until the sun reached the back garden then I have been outside. I did get a Kindle and have been reading like crazy. Tonight I go to the theatre with my daughter to see Taming of the Shrew - a modern version by the Royal Shakespeare Company.
BUT - despite the above I have sunk into the doldrums. It's not because I don't feel well, it's not the weather - so WHY?? Why do I wake up feeling miserable??

Maybe the activity and the wretched cold are making you feel too tired and therefore down in the dumps - you'll soon bounce back, I'm sure Gilli @ TCS
