Back from a hard, long weekend at Urchfont - sounds like I had a long way to travel but of course it's only 5 mins away. It was another exciting time - I did not achieve much (just one sample) but I have come away with loads of ideas and feel re-inspired again! Thanks Janet and fellow students!
Following my 'rust challenge' I have so far received three lovely things in the post -
The first - a postcard from Kate - thanks what a great way to start. The next was a postcard from Sue -another fine job - thanks!!! Together with a delightful tag.
And then I received a small package from Donna - which has a lovely notebook the background fabric suits the rust piece so well and what a clever idea of using fabric pages. The package also contained a piece copper dyeing, some fabric beads and a Canadian pin. Ladies thank you so much you are definitely helping me to feel better.

Those of you who remain in this game - don't worry about the timing of your sending to me - I am happy to wait until the new year and Sammy - yours will be posted to you on Monday.

Glad you like it, Interesting to see what everyone else is doing with the fabric.
Mine should be there this week as i mailed it last week--the other pieces look FAB!
Glad the package made it safe and sound :-) Those fabric beads were my first try at them and I just couldn't throw any scraps of the rust material out so you got a few beads and I have a few to use :-)
