GREAT - SO NOW I 'M NOT TIRED

Having spent the evening falling asleep, waking, srufing and falling asleep - now that it's tiem I was really going to bed I am wide awake and aching!!

Thought I'd have a quick look through my stash for the colours needed for the TIF challenge :

do you think I have the right colours?>? NO NO NO - I only have the purple's and that's because I dyed some fabric myself the other day -

I'm not a great lover of 'green' so I may have to go out and look in the shops OH NO!! - Perhaps I should try the 'Admiration' challenge instead - but I admire so many people - most of all my grandmother (Who I am sure is looking down on me from heaven and guiding my every move - I do miss you Babcia)

- I had dedicated this vessel to her (a C&G assessment piece) - and Maggie Grey asked me to write an article about it for WOW some time ago

- but I have no inspiration for a piece either way !!! HELP !!

Oh that is one fabulous vessel!! Could you maybe do a companion piece to it somehow? It's so earthy, warm and comforting looking....

can you symbolize the qualities of the people you admire? Or do something stemming from something your grandmother loved or admired?

The vessel is so beautiful - I remember that article from WOW. I agree with Quilt Pixie - maybe do something about your best memory of your grandmother.

Hi Anna - I agree with Arlee, Quilt Pixie and Dianne. You've got the inspiration there with their words - go for it - just pick one of those favourite memories with your grandmother. Val

Anna, For some unknown reason I could never pick you up in Bloglines- it used to flash up a message saying something like ‘no RSS feed’. Blogarithms was useless, it would inform me you had posted about a week after the event. I missed out a lot on your blog so I went back into Bloglines to tell you exactly what the message was – and b****r me it subscribed!!! How marvellous is that. Now I can pop in regularly. :)

I was only reading this article the other day when I was looking through back issues of WOW and your vessel still looks as fresh today as it did then - it hasn't dated at all.
So how about another one but maybe using slightly different methods or materials?
