Free Machined Zentangle complete
So here it is - my finished free machined Zentangle. This started out to be just a quick practice of free machining but gradually continued. It is one width of calico measuring 57" (145 cm) x 9" (23cm). I had to stand a bit of a distance to take a pic and get it all in (I taped it to the back of the door so you can see how long it is). Then there are the three close ups which do join up properly!! Now I must get on with my latest costume ideas!

Very beautiful - I love your design!
wonderful!
love it !!!!
WOW! This is amazing.
That is sooooo cool!
Reminds me of Jacobean embroidery, blackwork, very kewl!
Beautiful work
Oh, good for you, Anna!
This is a fantastic piece of work Anna. If you didn't know that it was machine stitched you would think that it was a piece of traditional blackwork.
It is a masterpiece. Well done!
I agree with Arlee, I love it Anna, really beautiful
It is lovely Anna, I wish I could embroider like that.
Great work that wouldn't look out of place in India, or in a gypsy caravan.. blackwork yes, but so modern and multi-cultural too. Nice work!
WOW what a great way to use Zentangles. I am attending Maria and Ricks seminar this coming week and really excited about it. I found this link through the disintegration project by Seth Apter.
Absolutely Fabulous!!!
I think you are definitely on to something here Anna.
G'day Anna
Woo I just love this - I've had doing a zentangle on the sewing machine in my mind for sometime so you have given me the inspiration to Just Do It... OOroo ... Bethel
Fabulous!! Yes: definitely blackwork!
You certainly have power over your machine, Anna. When I try things like this the machine usually has other ideas. I must learn to control it like you do!!
Fabulous work...

lovely, reminds me of blackwork. I'm also a zentangles fan, but hadn't thought of stitching it!
Hi Anna! I came here from your latest post but my oh! my - you have taken Zentangles to a new and wonderful height! I love what you are doing with these - and you have inspired me! Thanks... I also love that commission piece that you are working on now. It's going to be gorgeous ... and Harriet Hedgehog! that's the best cake EVER! I dream of one day being able to hold a hedgehog! Beatrix Potter got me hooked with Mrs. Tiggywinkle!
Amazing you have gone beyond zentanges to something new and awesome.
