A different type of creativity

Yesterday my daughter and I went to see Anne Boleyn by Howard Brenton at the Bath Theatre - the costumes were amazing.

Today I tried my hand at a different type of creativity...  We found a Chinese supermarket in Bath and I purchased a pack of.....
The pack turned out to have 40 sheets and as they were frozen I had to defrost the lot!!!! (THANKFULLY). So I filled my wok with two different combinations - first Chicken and veg and then Prawns and Veg.
AND rolled and rolled and rolled!!!!!
I deep fried a couple to try them - they are amazing.
Now there are  36 in the freezer ready to cook some other time. Will also try to bake some rather than fry when we need them - would be even more healthy!!
 YUMMY!!
Will definitely visit the supermarket again soon !!

Fortunately, here in Toronto we have everykind of ethnic food available...but, I was really interested in the Whitworth Mill post....will try to visit when next in UK. I found a mill souvenir scarf at a charity shop last year.
